Since it is a Quick-Play Spell, it is said that it is a card with the advantage of being able to release Ritual Monsters at any time, including the opponent's turn, but only Benten and Idaten have effects when released. On top of that, neither of them have a turn 1 with the same name, so there's little point in activating it on your opponent's turn. So at most you'll be able to sacrifice escaping.
There is also a card with the effect of releasing the synchronous "Cyber Angel" card, but in that case it would have been better to print "Remove when released".

Moreover, you have to return one card to the bottom of the deck, so if you don't release Benten, you will lose a lot.

It's safer not to put it in the Deck.
